Why we started
Building technology is fragmented by design. The network has one vendor. The cameras have another. Access control, building automation and connectivity each answer to someone different, and each vendor is accountable only for its own piece.
We started Shadow Guard to be the one party accountable to ownership for how it all fits together: what exists, who controls it, and whether ownership stays protected as vendors and technology change.
How we operate
Independent
We don't sell hardware and we don't manage systems. What we sell is an honest account of what's in the building.
Direct
We report to ownership, never to the vendors we review. Nobody else is paying us to see it their way.
Grounded
Our background is enterprise network and infrastructure engineering: switching, wireless, cloud and access control. We bring that discipline to buildings.
What we hold every engagement to
Ownership should hold its own credentials.
Documentation should outlive any vendor relationship.
Recovery should be tested, not assumed.
Based in Miami
We work with owners and operators of high-value residential and commercial properties across South Florida. These are buildings where the technology runs around the clock, and getting it wrong is expensive.
Talk to us about a building.
Start with one property and a defined scope. We'll follow up to set up a call.
